Indoor and outdoor seating options. Fairly efficient service. Wait can be long at peak hours. Great to hang out for a while by self or with friends or groups. Although still unhappy about this merchant's tolerance of allowing smoking on the outdoor patio.

New parking space making it easier with a quite atmosphere allowing you to focus. The service was superb as I was placing my order the barista was preparing my drinks and being lactose sensitive I'm able to get almond milk. Before I left I was asked to taste my drink and if it was to my liking and it certainly was.
