I had a late lunch here on Saturday. 16:00 was the perfect time between the masses of lunch and dinner. Saw on the terrace. The ambience is beautifully cured with many local plants. Spanish thyme leaves on the tables. Our server Norris, was quite human, knowledgeable for the food and cooking process, so it was easier for me to make decisions regarding my nutritional needs. I have the Caesar salad and the Mushroom Risotto. Excellent selection... well flavored and tasteful. My sister has the seafood knower and Lamb-Schenkel. I'm told it was another excellent choice. Food portions are very generous. You will not finish your meal on site. Classic informal table service with wrapped silver. suitable for outdoor eating in sub tropical and Covid environment. A reasonable parking was easy and accessible. There is a photo wall outside to your Instagram shots for those who like it. One thing I would love personally when I go back is an oil-based diving for the bread. Mete the cook and learned the history of the building. One of the more memorable culinary experiences I had for a long time. It's worth it.
Wild Thyme is a real jewel. The best restaurant on the island. Hands down. Beautiful environment and atmosphere. Fantastic. Unbelievable menu choices. The cook is a genius. The food is so incredibly good, and the presentation is great. Had the following. Appetizers Curried Goat Tacos and Grilled Optopus. Main Grilled salmon on asparagus spear and potato wedges. Pan Fried Grouper on a potato croquette and cream spinach and on an additional side of the wild mushroom risotto. Dessert Butter Pecan cheesecake
One of my favorite restaurants especially for their signature drinks and Quinoa shrimp salad.. always good food and service.
There is a level of consistency when it comes to Wild Thyme.. The food and drinks were so delicious.. Bravo Chef Devan!
