The service has gotten extremely slow. I ordered an iced mocha and a sausage biscuit this morning. The iced mocha tasted like watery milk and the biscuit was dry and hard. I’d rather pay at Starbucks than spend money on food and drinks that I have to throw away.
The Keyser location needs to be shut down until they can find good professional workers! It’s ridiculous that EVERYTIME I or my coworkers go to this location we either never get our food and have to request our money back due to the wait time in line in both the drive thru and lobby or we get food that’s not prepared as ordered! Waited 29 minutes in the drive thru for an ice cream cone to only get a cone inside of a cup and quickly found out the ice cream was completely melted?
