Sonic Drive-in - Natchitoches

The new manager at Sonic at University Parkway in Natchitoches, LA is AWESOME! I met him on his first day in this place and he already has great improvements both in the facility and in the customer service in the short time he was there. (A couple of months)

Staff were amazingly friendly and fast!! Food was DELICIOUS!!! I went to both locations in the city and the BOTH had excellent service! Sonic must have hired all New Crew members!!!! So beautiful!!! We missed Sonic!!!!

I went through the passage, but the service was ok fast and friendly, but they forget my fork for my food

Ordered the $3,99 patty melt. Hot with lots of diced onions and cheese. Meat was good and bigger than the toast.

One of the few indoor Sonic. You must see to believe. Trouble with maintaining good help. Service varies As of 2/8/2022 services is in non existent mode that's if they are open. Very sad that the pandemic and lack of employees will be the end of this signature Sonic. One of the few done in Sonics five miles from a major interstate and located by a state University and High School of 1500 students and staff normally very busy and profitable.
