Our waiter took our order without writing anything down, which raised some red flags, and he had to return to take our order again because he forgot what we wanted. Our drinks took an eternity to arrive. My son ordered wings but specifically requested no fries, yet he still received them. The nachos were served cold. When I asked for a Sprite refill for my second son, they brought a bottle of root beer instead, which we had explicitly said no to for my first son. To make matters worse, the waiter never checked back with us to see if we needed more drinks or how we were enjoying our food. When I asked for a receipt and to purchase point cards, they shorted us 80 points across four cards. Overall, every aspect of our dining experience was a disaster!

We have a Dave and Busters in Woburn that's closer to home, but after finishing our time at Level 99, we decided to stop by for some quick video and VR games. This location felt a bit smaller and more worn compared to the one we're used to. It was bustling, as usual, but I noticed it didn’t have the same variety of games. We had a good time, but it wasn't quite what we expected.
I had a delightful lunch experience at this restaurant. The food was satisfying, earning a solid rating of 4 out of 5. The service was also commendable, receiving a score of 4, as the staff was attentive and friendly. The atmosphere contributed to the overall enjoyment, also rated at 4, creating a pleasant dining environment. Overall, it was a very enjoyable meal!
