Dunkin' - Natick

The staff seems indifferent to the customer service, as several labels on the display were either missing or incorrect. My power breakfast sandwich was actually cold in the middle, despite my request for an extra patty. Additionally, my refresher was diluted and not enjoyable. I've never been this disappointed with a Dunkin' before.

My wife and I got food poisoning yesterday after they had bacon-egg-and-cheese at 11:30 on the croissant. My NP woman suspects that it was not Salmonella, but rather something like dirty employee hand? or spoiled/expected ingredients. I tried to call the number on Google cards, no one would get the phone.

I spent almost $4 on a signature iced latte here, I've had them many times before and the one I just got is down right disgusting, it takes like regular coffee that they decided to try and playoff as an ice latte and downed it with milk. I will never again order a latte from this location which stinks because its the only one near my job.

Always delish iced coffee. Not a huge fan of the donuts. I do like the egg and cheese on those new fluffy english muffins.

Counter Kind seemed quite upset, and it showed through his body language and tone. It made for an uncomfortable experience for the customers. To top it off, he messed up our order!
