Helpful and kind staff, delicious boba! These were very refreshing, creamy, and the boba texture was nice.

Completely uncontactable. They called to say something about my DoorDash order, I tried to call back the number and received a weird voicemail. Tried to call the number through google and through their website, number out of service. Not sure what even went wrong here, since I cannot speak with them whatsoever.

Gong cha is an automatic 5 star for me in the nature of their direct competition with kung fu tea. I have increasingly noticed that bubble tea prices increase and shrink sizes (in the beginning pre-COVID). kung fu tee was one of the earliest adopters of this mentality. gong cha is great because they compete directly for the available marketplace and force prices to stabilize and a basis for comparison. this special kiosk style gong cha has not as a huge menu like another brick
