Took 30 minutes to get adults’ drinks dishes didn’t come at same time. Nice waiter but clearly over his head
Room was empty. Weird. So was our waiter! 90% of tables were empty. But the waitress still chose to pile dirty dishes on the table next to us and leave then for 15 minutes.
If you want to skip the line do a Resv in here! The food was good I could say is better than TAO at Mohegan.
I booked this reservation through Open Table. When I got to the location I waited 20 minutes because, in the words of the hostess “we have to transfer your reservation to a different computer system.” It didn’t make much sense but I went along with it. New people kept coming after us and they were seated first. The hostess then told us it was because there was a shift change of waiters. There were a total of about 3 tables with seated people. After seating down we put through the order for the drinks and food. The food arrived but there were no utensils. We asked for utensils and were only given forks. Then we pointed out that knives were needed, given the food choice. Knives arrived shortly after. As I took the first bite of the sweet and sour chicken, a pungent smell of mold permeated my taste beds. Just to be sure I had my husband taste it without sharing what I thought I smelled/ate. He exclaimed “eww, mold!” We thus alerted the waiter who called the manager. The latter basically said “oh no problem. I will just take it off the bill. Sorry about that.” Mold in the food! No big deal. Moving on. Of course at this point it was clear to me the dinner was ruined. We just paid the tab and left. Needless to say it was a very disappointing experience. I love the PF Chang in Boston. Can’t say I recommend the Natick one.
