Smashburger - Natick

The food was sub par. Not the price for the portions size. Better go to 5 guys for this price.

For the first time to a smashburger and overall it was pleasant. The front counter had absolutely no personality, but dealing with people every day will do that. The food was good, but nothing I couldn't do at home. I like they have points as an option.

The fried and grilled chicken sandwich was disappointing. The fries tasted like they had been reheated from the previous day, reminiscent of fast food. The service was lacking, even though the restaurant was empty, though the staff was friendly. The spice containers on the table were empty, and I had to ask for my shake three times—twice when I ordered and once after my food arrived.

A few weeks ago, my son wanted to try a smashburger, so we decided to go for it. The burgers were decent, nothing extraordinary. Unfortunately, the fries were very disappointing. At $4.49 for a large order, I expected much better; the container was barely half full, which I found very frustrating. On top of that, the cleanliness of the place left much to be desired. I noticed the Expediter—a young man in his twenties with dreadlocks—grab our bag, sniff his hands several times, and then continue to handle our food. He also loudly expressed his dissatisfaction with the job and mentioned he was looking for a new one. I tried to enjoy my meal while ignoring the germs that seemed to be in the air. I won’t be going back.

Among all the Smashburger locations in Boston, my favorite is definitely the one in Natick! I absolutely love it here! The staff is incredibly friendly, enthusiastic, and a fantastic group of people! The food is absolutely delicious as well! This is the only place that has consistently gotten my order right every single time I've visited! If you're a fan of tasty burgers and fries, I highly recommend this Smashburger location!
