Aloberto's Taco Shop - National City

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I'm not sure if they've changed suppliers or what, but the food was subpar—from the fake avocado to the unappetizing carne asada. I've been a regular for three years, but the quality has declined significantly in the past month. There's an older woman who takes your order, and she consistently gets it wrong. The food was either overcooked or undercooked. I can't recommend this place at all. Given the prices, I expected much better quality.

I really dislike this place. They never get my order right, and I can never enjoy the food because it’s always wrong. Right now, I'm really hungry and can’t eat anything.

To be honest, my experience wasn't great. That’s all I want to say. On a positive note, the staff were friendly.

I ordered the Carne Asada fries...halfway through my meal I found black hair! Yuk!! I took my order back. The man working there very rudely said what do you want to do about it I don 't see a hair in there .. and was told that it couldn 't be replaced because I had already eaten 1/2 of the order. I told him no need to replace the food but please be careful, you just lost a client!!!

My family went there and came back home and turns out they had messed up our order. We went back explained it to them and they ended up giving us an extra order of the stuff we got, which were chilaquiles. Just goes to show that customer service here is #1
