Buffalo Wild Wings - National City

I have visited many restaurants for dinner and have found that some stand out for their great qualities and rich history.

My family and I love their wings and we go there often. However, waiting 30-45 minutes to be seated when the restaurant is only one-third full is disappointing.

The customer service was terrible, charging almost $5 for a cranberry juice. Additionally, the bathroom did not have any toilet paper.

I recently visited this restaurant with a group of 6 and had a phenomenal experience. Our server, Robert, provided exceptional customer service by being attentive and ensuring all of our needs were met. Despite the busyness of the restaurant, Robert went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable and welcoming. Thanks to his outstanding service, I have found my new favorite spot for wings. Highly recommend!

My colleagues and I went to this restaurant for drinks. We only had drinks and no food, but the black cherry mojito was delicious! The atmosphere was pleasant and we were served our drinks promptly. I would definitely return to this restaurant. 9/10.
