Cinnabon - National City

The smell of Cinnabon is so good. One of the employees was doing the right thing. He gave us the box not from the display in front of the register. I think everything was delicious. I hope they always make everything fresh.

Third time buying at this place and I always get them fresh out of the oven and I have taken them and they last two or 3 days with great flavor. I love it and the attention has been pleasant

Never answers phone. Like literally never. Not even 1 time.

Food is always so perfectly made and the employee Victoria who helped me was very kind as well great customer service overall .

2 stars for because of the good service. It saved it from one star. The employees were kind and quick, friendly even. The product is not so good. Stale, not even warm, overpriced for low quality . I bought a churro swirl mini Cinnabon. They were cold and stale hard to bite I took 2 bites threw it away I had bought icing for $1 for the churro pff. Waste of money the Cinnabon was also cold doughy we just threw them away. Won't be back for sure. I got fooled by the delicious smell look of the product. but nope not again ?
