The staff at this restaurant are wonderful and genuinely kind. They assist you with a positive attitude and are always eager to help.

Great customer service and food was prepared very good, appearance/presentation was appealing fresh-tasting buttery buns, Oreo shake delicious...the ladies were very patient with my grandson who had 100 questions. The Plaza Blvd JIB crew are the best!! I won't mention names but one of the other JIB's could use a lesson or three on how to treat customers and get orders right. Just saying.

Sometimes drive thru line can get long fast but if lobby is open your in and out.

For my experience, the customer service here is on point. They're very helpful and courteous.

Received my 2 breakfast trays well thru drive thru but caramel iced coffee was too sweet. Had to dilute it at home.
