Great live band. The crowd is more of my age group. No hassles, just having fun in dancing. Highly recommend to ages 30 99...or so. Woohoo!
Went to Goodies during a work lunch break with a couple of co-workers. The restaurant was really clean inside and had a lot of fun decor on the walls. Our waitress was super sweet, and attentive and knew the menu like the back of her hand. I had the Turkey Club with a side of fruit, the sandwich itself was really good, had a lot of flavor and was really filling! But I was kind of disappointed to see the size of the mixed fruit cup. It was very small for the price of the meal. Maybe a little more than a 1/4 cup of fruit. Otherwise the meal was good and the server filled my drink at a good rate. Overall it was a cool location to hang out at for a little while to enjoy some good food.
Dancing to bands out on the patio is great, food and service are generally pretty good. It's a nice outside dance venue during the summer and they have heaters in winter. For all of that I would give them a solid 4.5 stars. BUT...their management refuses to provide free drinking water (even tap) on the patio, even if you order food and/or drinks. And they charge $3 for basic bottled water, which is, to me, ridiculous. I pay that at fairs and festivals, not at restaurants.
Seat Fighting!! 3rd time is a charm, went there not only does the seating outside suck, even when a party leaves and the table or seats become available, we have to listen to someones retired drunk granny who fights you for the seats, everyone who eats outside will eventually have to deal with some wanna be thug or someones old granny who argues with you about seating. Food is great and entertainment is awesome. Seating has to be more organized outside. The management didnt do much, ended up leaving to eat at another restuarant. Their loss of business.
