Subway - Natrona Heights

Horrible I ordered 3 hoagies they messed up 2 of then you advertise soup didn't have that either. The 2 people working were not friendly at all

This is the worst ran fast food restaurant i have ever been too. Every time i call to talk to the manager she is never there. I cant remember the last time i went in there and they were actually fully stocked. Its pathetic. The workers are always rude and on their phones

This is one of the cleanest and friendliest subways in this area. The TEENAGERS who work here, are absolutely wonderful to the people who respect them. As it should be. If you want better service from them, be better customers! I can personally attest to the level of compassion to simply want to make sure you get what you ask for, comes from this establishment! WITHOUT attitude as some others have complained. Through covid, these girls have taken just about every initiative they can to assure healthy and safe service. This is their job. They are not required to respect you. You came there. You opened your rude mouth, and you didn't speak to the person who upset you, about upsetting you. When you review, insert the part where you do the douche bag thing and let us decide the value of service. No shirt. No shoes. No respect. No service. Have a great day! Downloaded the subway app so I could get the buy one get one free that I seen on tv but didn't get it. I ordered a buffalo chicken and a tuna and 2 bmts . There was so little beacon(crumbs) on my 2 bmts , I will never order them again. Tuna was good buffalo chicken was a Soggy mess. I will go somewhere else nexted time.

The girl working looked at me like I was stupid when I asked for extra salami instead of pepperoni on my BMT (which she charged me for) I got it plain with no dressing I didn't realize she used a dirty knife until I went to eat my sandwich and there was white dressing along the cut of it needless to say I won't be back.
