Dunkin' - Naugatuck

Worst customer service!!!!! We usually go to the one down the street but we wanted to save time we decided in. We ordered sandwiches at 10 and she commented to her other coworker who orders sandwiches at this time . We always order strawberry dragon fruit refresher and told us that they don 't serve it anymore yet it was still on the menu. Rude people!

Great, clean, fast place to get breakfast. Best DnD around.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Dunkin. I ordered 3 drinks and the drinks were repeated back to me correctly. I got to the window and and my drink was wrong. I asked for the correct drink and the employee yelled Oh My God . I let that go and went to use my free beverage from the app. I asked to use it on a specific drink and was told you can 't. I said I have in the past and want it on the specific drink. I was told it goes automatically to the most expensive drink. I left and went to another Dunkin and had no problem. I will never go to this store again. The employees are rude and don 't know their job. If you want a good experience don 't go here.

Owner and staff are very professional, courteous, and fast! This is the best experience I’ve ever had at DD and it’s consistent at this location. The owner is very friendly and seems to be really good at training and hiring people because when they first opened it was definitely a disaster they told me everyone here is new and I highly recommend you give it another shot

The manager is the worst never has anythin ready n refuses to make anythin if their short of staff never again I’ll spend money there
