Feedback gevenIf I could give them zero stars I would .. I called at 11, ordered 1 pizza and breadsticks .. I was told it would be delivered in 40-50 minutes.. it's now 1:00 in the morning and they have canceled the order . When I called to order the pizza, the lady who answered the phone was so sweet, but she could've easily said hey can you come in and pick it up and I would have or she could've told me we are not serving any more food. But instead, she's going to tell me yes they're going to be here in 40 to 50 minutes so I've been waiting for two hours now when I go to check my pizza online, it says my order has been canceled. So after working 12 hours today and trying to order something quick to eat I'm very frustrated, disappointed, and hungry. I will be calling in the morning, they definitely will be fixing this issue. I've been a loyal customer for many years and have maybe had one or two mistakes but this is unacceptable and rude . No courtesy call or nothing .
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Papa John's customer service recently. When I placed a delivery order, it was marked as delivered even though it hadn't arrived. Upon calling customer service, I was met with rudeness and dismissiveness. The representative claimed that the delivery driver was just arriving to pick up our order.This kind of behavior is unacceptable in customer service. Not only was the order mishandled, but the lack of professionalism and empathy from the customer service team made the situation even more frustrating. As a loyal customer, I expected better service from Papa John's.I hope this review serves as feedback for Papa John's to improve their customer service and ensure such incidents don't happen in the future.
I haven’t had Papa John’s in a few years and was a little excited. We tried the new stuff crust pizza. Very disappointing the pizza was thrown together and lacked flavor. The staff was nice but the store smelled of marijuana.
We ordered take out it took longer than said but was busy always like papa John's pizza plenty of toppings and the crust has never been under
I had placed an order with papa johns and chose the cash option. The order took roughly an hour for cinnamon bites and boneless wings. I also used a $10 credit I had for the food bringing the food down to 12.99.On arrival the food was cold and when I asked for my change the driver took my cash and just left.I called papa johns to get this resolved and they told me it was a doordash issue. No reimbursement for the cold food or anything.Stick with a pizza place that doesn't outsource to doordash so they dont have to take responsibility for bad service.
