Very good staff and they paid attention to the details of the order as I dislike pickles and they did not put one in with my sandwich which normally

First time eating Firehouse. Sandwich was very good. Only thing I’d gripe about was perhaps the quality of the lettuce wasn’t to my tastes but I still fcked up that sandwich. The garlic bread and cajun chicken was an excellent combo. Chris was friendly and was receptive to my requests. The price was good, only a few dollars more than Subway and that’s being that I upgraded my side to mac cheese. Honestly don’t think it’s worth ever going to Subway again after coming here.

Went to get a sub at 8:35 on11/21/23 was treated very poorly by a worker named Alex he got mad because he wanted to go ahead and sweep Floor and stack chairs very disappointed with his attitude and never plan to return

We have been ordering lunch for our company from here for years. We have never had an order made wrong which I think is incredible. Customer service is great. 10/10

Although it's still fast food, Firehouse is one of the best. The sandwiches are delicious. The service is fine; you must listen for your name, then raise a hand to get your food. The atmosphere is adequate for the type of food. The fire department paraphernalia is fun to look at the first time you visit.
