Taco Bell - Navassa

This is the worst fast food place on planet earth. I love Taco Bell, but I literally have not had a single good experience at this location. Management is rude, the workers don’t care. Every time I come I have to wait in the drive thru line for excessive amounts of time. They have never once been open on time for breakfast, typically being 30 minutes to 1 hour late. They constantly screw up orders, and it’s incredibly dirty. Corporate needs to step in and fix this location.

The food was average for Taco Bell but the dining area was about the dirtiest for a fast food place I’ve seen in quite a while and the service was terrible very slow and no one to take your order you must use the kiosk. You’d think for all the corners they are cutting at this location the food would be less expensive but that’s not the way it works. Very disappointing.

I have recently ordered and my food never showed, I was still charged for it and never received a refund. I ordered again and the food was wrong which happens often, cold, sloppy and barely had anything inside. Very disappointing. They are always short staffed, wait time is longer than any fast food place. Anytime I have tried to call no one answers at Corp, I’ve emailed and never get a reply. It’s very unprofessional

THEY NEVER HAVE SWEET TEA!!! I swear I have visited this location 8 times in the last couple months as well as other locations in Wilmington area. Why is it so hard to make sweet tea? You do realize you’re in the south right? Pathetic.

The new cantina soft taco was pretty good. Cinnamon twists weren’t good because they didn’t have cinnamon (with the exception of maybe two in the bag) and were just plain twists. Grilled cheese steak burrito was pretty good, tasted kind of like pot roast! Chalupa was decent. They got our order right and gave us the packs of avocado verde salsa that came with our meals!
