Valley View Diner - NAZARETH

I'm not sure where to start! Our waiter was fantastic—very attentive to our needs and seemed genuinely happy to be working there. The food was amazing! I ordered the Mexican Benedict, and my husband had the classic Benedict topped with homemade sausage gravy. Plus, the coffee was excellent! As for parking, there's a small lot, but it’s not a long walk to the entrance. We dined in, and the service was great!

**Positives:** The waitstaff were attentive and consistently checked in on my table after I was seated. They were genuinely friendly and seemed eager to ensure I had a great experience. The diner itself was very well-lit and exceptionally clean. The prices for breakfast were some of the best I've seen—very reasonable. **Negatives:** Unfortunately, the coffee was quite disappointing. It lacked a robust flavor, tasted weak, and had an odd aftertaste. It was as if you could tell it was supposed to be coffee, but it didn't leave me wanting more. I think the owner should check if the coffee machine needs adjustment, if the beans should be replaced, or if the water needs filtering. In my opinion, the coffee is the issue. Perhaps using two filters to slow down the brewing process could yield a richer flavor, or they might consider offering a different type of coffee. Coffee is a key aspect of breakfast, and a good cup can encourage customers to return. On to the Corned Beef Hash—it was the worst I’ve ever had. It didn't have the flavor you'd expect from this dish, was mushy despite the waitress's suggestion to have it well-cooked, and was difficult to eat. I wonder if the staff ever observes what customers leave on their plates; it might give them insight into what diners truly enjoy. I appreciated the real potatoes served with my breakfast, but they lacked any salt, pepper, or onions to enhance their flavor. Unfortunately, they added little to my meal. I'm not trying to be overly critical of this diner, but I hope someone will take my feedback to heart. As it stands, I don't have a reason to return, at least not for breakfast.

Just a peachy little diner! Won a little bit of money on the machine and got a free meal Staff was very welcoming and the atmosphere was relaxed with a comfortable seating n arrangement. Shout out to the blonde sister waitress I enjoyed it. Eat here or keep being a chump at Waffle House, up to you Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
