Gelateria Soave 1950 - Neapel

Perhaps accustomed to seeing large ice cream parlors that are very captivating and perhaps a little eccentric, the one in Soave can go unnoticed especially by those who don't know it... and don't know what they're missing. It certainly doesn't have a huge variety of flavors (also because the trending flavors now seem to be re-proposals of chocolates, biscuits, etc. . This is perhaps more traditional but the creaminess and persistence of the taste are spectacular. The coffee, cremino and hazelnut are excellent, as are the biscuit-type ice creams in the ice cream cabinet. It's also wonderful to see the ice cream being whipped (and therefore not yet ready on the counter. Not to be missed (I still have many flavors to try . Given that it is my favorite ice cream shop, I was very disappointed by the strawberry flavour... too creamy and there wasn't much fruit to be felt... it's a shame... I'll definitely take the other tried and tested and excellent flavours.
