I went to eat with friends in this place that attracted us for the name The Carnaio that gave the idea of a great supply of meat, especially of the introvable varieties, but we realized, at the time of the tasting, that it was not exactly the long-awaited range, both in the reduced quantities regarding the price, and in the choice (accommodating to a piece of meat other than that indicated initially on the menu. It is also true that we went to the Carnaio in the middle of the week, but not being crowded-we were only in six or seven in total- we were served the same with extreme slowness. In the end we only took a course of meat to the head with fried potatoes but we went out with a expense of 22€ per person. A little too much for the service received.

Although the place is wide and welcoming, I have to give it a bad vote. They served us with a rhythm to say little flemmatico and we were only 6 customers! The dishes are not great, I wanted some hare ragù and I had to settle for a bolognese sauce. I thought I'd eat some meat specialties I'd never taste before and instead... No big deal!
Wonderful evening with good friends in this very elegant restaurant where you can eat excellent meat.
