Bengal Bites - Neath Port Talbot

We waited an hour for delivery on a Wednesday evening, but... well... it's school holidays and all that, maybe they were busier than usual. Curry was hot and packed with meat, no complaints there, generous portions, tasty and well presented. Everything seemed good, as usual..... until we opened the onion bhajis. They were absolutely cremated, black inedible, the bag they were in was as light as a feather as all the moisture had been cooked out of them they resembled black, crunchy bits of charcoal, they hadn't even held together and should never have been sent out like that. We were so disappointed with this, they had to go straight in the bin. More disappointing really, was the attitude when we rang to complain. Whoever answered the phone really didn't want to know, just kept saying to ask for another one next time we come in. Not even an apology or an offer to send out a fresh portion (we live close enough for them to have done this) Assuming we ever *do* go back.... I'm not sure they would remember our call as they seemed so disinterested. Plenty of other restaurants to choose from in Skewen, thankfully.

The food at this restaurant is delicious and served piping hot, using fresh ingredients and generous portion sizes. Ordering from their website offers great value, as they provide discount codes via text messages.

After a busy working day and hubby doing DIY we thoroughly enjoyed a very tasty piping hot takeaway. Thank you Bengal bites . We had prawn puree, chicken jalfrezi , mushroom rice , garlic rice and chicken madras. We shall be returning. Good service, great taste reasonable price. I would recommend

I order a delivery to my home in neath for one person min order £12 I said not to worry I'll pay the £12 as my order was only £9 not a problem I thought then they said it is another £1 on top for delivery the cheek anyway after waiting over 60 mins for my food it was then in my hands.....the food was stone cold so much so I had to put it in the micro so never again would I order a take away delivery or even go there avoid at all costs

Had delivered Indian meal deal for two persons few months ago and throughly enjoyed it! Would definitely order from here again!
