We are Vegan and were a bit hesitant to dine at Fabiola. Restaurant manager Shanker Jyoti ramalingam assured us that he may arrange for a Vegan Italian dinner. Our experience was amazing. Awesome food and wonderful hospitality. We are very impressed and credit goes to Shankar, Meghanathan and chef Uma Shankar. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
