Feedback gevenFirst time trying Cousins Subs. I walked in and was greeted by a female worker who looked like she hadn't bathed in weeks. She was hateful and rude and accused me of having an attitude when I asked her for the price difference between a fountain soda vs canned soda. I was not given the answer and the accusation about my attitude was appalling and completely uncalled for. I will never go there again. Just in those short moments I recognized how filthy dirty the cooking area's were. Just down right nasty. Beware folks!
This location consistently takes half an hour to make one sub. I can't eat here anymore because I keep coming back from my lunch late... food's great
Terrible customer service. We placed an order over 10 items to be delivered. When the order arrived the 2 sub bowls were forgotten at the restaurant. When called about the item, the employee admitted to forgetting to include the bowls with the delivery and also refused to get the forgotten items delivered to our workplace. Offered no resolution except that they would give us a coupon for the two items that were already paid for. There are several sub business in close proximity to this location, it would be in your best interest to step up your customer service to compete with the other restaurants. For the record, I used to absolutely love this place for lunch.
I ordered cheesesteak sub like i have for over 10 years. I get philly cheesesteak sub saturated in marinara sauce. Soggy n gross. When i called back lil girl answered phone. Snotty to me. Said i ordered wrong. Nope i did not. She put it in wrong. Not only didnt she apologize. She was rude n hung up on me. Seriously cousins??? Train your employees. Im in the customer service industry. I've made mistakes. And when i do. I apologize. Im not rude. I make amends.. relize younger generation doesn't get this. But wish i got her name. You know who it is. 6.45pm
