Starbucks - Neenah

I had the most amazing drink ever (white caramel crunch frappuccino with a shot of espresso) and my barista, Felix, was fantastic - so friendly and skilled. We definitely need more baristas like Felix.

I had an incredible experience at this restaurant thanks to the amazing barista who made me one of the best coffee drinks I've ever had. He also provided me with detailed directions as I traveled to Michigan. He's the best! And also, let me know how the dragons breathe! LOL!

The customer service at this restaurant was amazing today, June 26, 2022. My daughter and I had visited last week and purchased one of their mugs that were on sale. Unfortunately, my daughter accidentally dropped it and broke it the next day. We returned it today and they allowed us to exchange it for a new one. Thank you so much for your assistance.

There's always a little bit of a wait but it's also a very busy spot. The staff is always friendly and will chit chat while you wait, the drinks are always perfect
