Feedback gevenI placed an online order and paid an extra $2 for smashed avocado. However, when my partner picked it up, there was no avocado on the sandwich. I called the restaurant after he got home, and they told us we had to come back to resolve the issue. I explained that it wasn't feasible for us to drive back. It turns out the sandwich maker never included the avocado in the first place. We won't be returning in the future.
The manager needs to be replaced. They were extremely rude, and I waited in line for 30 minutes. Customers were leaving right out the door.
It was a typical Subway experience. The place was clean, and the staff was really friendly!
Went to Subway today, Aaron was working we ordered 3 footlong subs we let know know one at a time on the third Sandwich we had asked for bacon he started to put cheese before the bacon so we figured we would remind him just in case and with a very rude and loud told he replied with I KNOW so then as we go to add the veggies we told him what we wanted we noticed on the first sandwich he had put very few pickles so and the next sandwich we let him know we wanted extra olives and didn 't want to remind him and snap at us again in front of others in the store again but he still didn 't put but maybe 4-5 pieces of olives on the last sandwich we asked for extra pickles and were ignored again as he maybe put 4 pickles on a footlong then we asked for a little bit of salt and pepper and with that he was more generous than we would have liked. It 's safe to say I will not be going back to this location if Aaron is working.
Stop having only 1 worker in the front while the manager sits on the phone in the back.
