Columbus Coffee - Nelson

This place was delicious. The food was so good and the coffee was absolutely delicious. I am adding two photos. The mushroom was so incredible and it was not greasy like in some other locations I tried. One thing though, sometimes the birds fly in looking for scraps. The employees do their best to make sure that doesn't occur, but if you go here alone caution with leaving your food unattended.

'Best (Gluten-free) breakfast EVER!! ' raved my 10 y/o son. That alone made it worth the trip and ensured we 'd be back. Add to that excellent milkshakes smoothies, delicious food and generous portions. Being mother 's day, the staff were getting pole-axed, but they were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. We appreciated a visit to the table to inform us the kitchen was busy and there could be a delay with the food. Turned out not to be an unreasonable wait at all. 20mins tops. All up, excellent. Was our first visit, but we 'll be back.

Love this Cafe, the coffee is superb and the food is really delicious. Highly recommend the chocolate brownie salmon basket.

Yummmmm. I was able to get my first choice of food (the menu is in the process of changing) and it was fabulous. The flavour combinations were spectacular and the quantity was spot on. The coffee was hot and delicious, however, I ordered a take out coffee and it was served in a dine in cup.
