Feedback gevenI received the wrong sub and they wanted me to return it after I'd already taken a bite. Plus, it cost me gas to go back and get the correct one! What a hassle!
Romano's Pizza is just as it used to be! Absolutely delicious!!!!!!
This restaurant once offered amazing pizza, but it seems they can only achieve that quality when they take their time—something that doesn’t happen consistently. They close early, and their delivery service is often hit-or-miss, which is quite disappointing. My parents have spent a significant amount of money here over the years, but I no longer bother to call. I'm not sure they would even notice this review. Instead, I'll now choose to go to Bob's in Logan, even if it means paying more for gas. It's really unfortunate to see a family-owned business struggling like this, especially when they encourage us to support local establishments.
The restaurant was noticeably dirty, and the atmosphere felt more like a daycare with kids running around behind the counter. When I called to place my order, the staff answered with a lack of enthusiasm, giving the impression that they weren't interested in assisting me. It used to be an amazing pizza place, but now it’s a disappointment. Based on my experience during this visit, I won’t be returning.
This is definitely my favorite pizza—nothing else even comes close! I always make sure to order it whenever I'm back home, and there are times when I even visit just to savor it.
