The boss, Jean-Marie is perfect, thoughtful and careless. The kitchen, excellent with only fresh products. I recommend.

I just arrived the boss told me that they will eat no service before 7:00 p.m. I’m going back. It’s good I’m from the village, otherwise people are waiting for the boss and his new employees to eat. I know this restaurant called L’Issole held by a charming couple. Very different from today I think I’m not going to stay I’m going home

Dinner several times. Fresh products very well cooked. A lot of research for flavors and presentation. The boss and the boss are very friendly.
