Baskin Robbins - Nepean

One of best places to have ice-cream, staff was patient and good. I tried my personal favourite strawberry cheesecake in waffled bowl.

I recently visited this Baskin-Robbins and was disappointed with my experience. I ordered a one-scoop ice cream cone, but to my surprise, there was no ice cream inside the cone. Even worse, the cones themselves tasted stale. It was quite disappointing, as I expected better from a popular ice cream chain like Baskin-Robbins. I hope they can address these issues to ensure a more enjoyable ice cream experience for customers.

I treated my daughter to some ice cream. She had the ice cream cake and I had the chocolate mousse, so DELICIOUS!!!!!! Everything is so expensive in Ottawa, even ice cream but it is well worth it because my daughter enjoyed the experience. Support this place because the man looks like he works hard and is trying his best after lockdowns. Everyone is trying to recover so we must support our small businesses or we will be stuck with boring grocery store ice cream. :

I went in to pick up a double scoop of Pralines and Cream. There were two staff members present, and only one other customer in the store. One of the staff members kept herself occupied, avoiding eye contact, and only approached the counter when a couple who came in after me arrived. She immediately went over to them to take their order. Naturally, I left and let the young woman know that I had been next in line. With the high prices they charge for ice cream, there’s no excuse for rudeness on top of that. It truly feels like adding insult to injury.

This restaurant is fantastic, featuring a welcoming and friendly staff. The cakes are delicious, and the shakes are incredibly addictive.
