Colonnade Pizza - Nepean

The pizza at this restaurant is absolutely fantastic. The amount of cheese on it is unbelievable and the crust is cooked to perfection. Our food was ready in a timely manner and the staff who served us were friendly and accommodating. The prices are reasonable as well. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

The crust was lovely and the ingredients/toppings seemed to be of good quality, but the taste was ultimately disappointing. It didn't quite capture the essence of traditional Italian or New York-style pizza, and there was nothing particularly unique about it. Overall, I think it's decent, but I wouldn't make a return visit. The service was friendly and efficient, and the prices were reasonable for a restaurant.

Here on a recommendation. comparative pizza to house has much more toppings for the price. large restaurant with some parkings in an adjacent plot free. would try again if it was in there. there are several places.

My wife and I have been eating colonnade pizza for at least 25 years, the original locations is incredible, Kanata next best and these two are consistent like crazy. Bank st does well, merivale, second bottom and the bottom of the list is Carling location....Does not take even close to a colonnade pizza in our opinion. The reason being, a new oven they use, cuts time in half, and the reason Gilmour is #1, is because of the ovens according to my convo with an old time cook. Same ingredients used at all, perhaps except for Merivale, but, my wife and I thought, wow, did you use different cheese? The taste was SOOOO different, and we LOVE our pizza. Waitress argued with me that she never heard anyone say it tasted different, and even said Peter loved it. Well, I can tell you this, go try Gilmour, then go try Carling, and you tell see for yourself. Get rid of the fancy oven, and do yourselves a favor Carling Colonnade. Peter, go taste that pizza again, I KNOW you will taste a difference.
