The chicken quesadillas were delicious! They were cooked perfectly and even though the extra $2.50 for guacamole seemed a bit excessive, they were still really tasty.

Today's meal was a very sad experience that was looking forward to my ribs and wings, what arrived was very dry meat and good the only thing to help swallow it was down to add salt. The waitress said there were complaints last night for the same meal, so maybe a change is required. Can I get my 30 bucks back?

The appetizers and salads were fantastic. The atmosphere was great and the service was decent. Be sure to check the specials listed on the table tent card.

Wanted a burger but couldn't find one with less than 1500 calories (they list calories in Ontario .. great idea! . The burgers were all 2 patties 200 cals each. That's 400. What's in the bun, sauce, veggies, cheese bacon that adds up to...1100 to 1700 cals?!!

On April 1st, 2021, my family of 5 visited Kelsey's on Bank Street. When we arrived, we informed the hostess that we needed to sit at 2 separate tables due to COVID-19 restrictions. The hostess said she needed to check with the manager, and when she returned, she informed us that it was not allowed. We then went to the Barrhaven location and were permitted to sit at 2 separate tables. I will never return to the Bank Street Kelsey's, as the manager there needs to better communicate the rules. This was the worst service experience!
