Absolutely the worst customer service. The general Tao chicken was brown inside? Not sure it was chicken.

Got food poisoning here from a combo with rice chicken, typically love their food but I’ve been hesitant to eat it ever since:

I know it's fast food, but ate there yesterday and everything tasted burnt. I'm no chef/cook but maybe using old oil? Anyways. Not impressed at all.

Everything tasted old. The rice was too crunchy and under cooked. The chicken seemed like it was just reheated. My husband ended up getting sick that night and I had bad stomach pain. We used to love this place but it's gone down hill. Will not be back. Service has gone down also I find them quite rude.
