Worst maccas ever. No customer service at all and always getting the order wrong and always in the waiting bay for lengthy times. Won't be going back there again

Unbelievably clean! Walked in with my family at 5:00pm Friday 12th April 2024 (8 of us, including 5 kids)....tables, floors and playground so CLEAN most Mcds we've always gone to have been dirty, not this one!! A young employee cleaning while we waiting for our order, Taylor CHAND, so helpful and doing her work with a massive smile...our food was great warm. The staff here at Nerang Mcds are awesome!!! WILL DEFINITELY COME HERE ALWAYS!!

Purchased frozen drinks and meals to the value of $85. Got home and I only live not far from MacDonald and our frozen drinks were only half full called the restaurant and complained . Lady asked me if I wanted to turn around a go back and I stated no as the meals were getting cold. As it was when i got home the chips were only half full and cold. I really feel this store is not what is should be. As this has happened to me a few times lately in the past. I will definately not be going to that store at Nerang again.

Very disappointing, I'm going here a fair piece and almost every time I don't get my whole order and just notice when I get home so someone has to go away, I think his time I stop here. I gave 2 stars for most of the young workers try their best.
