Meson Patanegra - Nerja

Still tasty food, but… really unattentive service. No napkins, no questions for drinks. Chilly atmosphere. Red wine cold, white wine warm. No bread etc. Small portions. Our former favorite place is no longer in shape.

After a few visits to Nerja we finally got round to visiting this restaurant, We were not disappointed. A lovely seating area outside. Very friendly and good service. Excellent food in a very relaxing atmosphere. So enjoyable we returned later in the holidays. Would certainly recommend.

We all agreed the food was excellent. It was very busy and professionally run. Convenient to walk to in the Centre of Nerja.

Always love the food here especially as it has some items which we really like and which differ from the sister restaurant Patanegra 57. The food was very good again today but unfortunately the general table service is poor and the waiters are unhappy in their work and unfriendly at the moment. If you walk in you will not be acknowledged very quickly and today the owner arrived and asked the waiter to serve us. We found the same in September where the waiter accepted a booking for a day they knew the restaurant was closed. Food is great but the service lets the kitchen down.
