Sink Or Swim Nerja

This is a lovely little gem. Pool side yet has the charm of a little restaurant. Spanish chef does the best chili I’ve had. The staff are lovely. Menu is great. Would highly recommend. Great for parents with children or couples.

Love, love, love this place. it doesn't play any role when they are a complete stranger, they will immediately feel like a ancestral guest, the second they arrive. alli and ian are incredibly warm, welcoming and friendly and even if they do not really live in capistrano itself, it is...good to eat the 5-minute drive (or ten minutes bus ride) on the hill, to drink and to merry (knos: free parking.) that eating is delish (including an excellent English breakfast and an occasional comfort they have always been interested in they have a great variety next to tapas and they can get a real buck for their buck with the menú del día, which contains three delicious courses for only 10 euro. oh, and they give a very generous pour out when it comes to adult drinks. Add to the joy, there are karaoke nights and a pool table...well yes! I have accidentally stumbled over sink or swim, not literally, although I stumbled a night in truth from him and immediately loved eating. then I met ali and ian (and mama helen) and now I return for the miraculous hospitality as well as the food and drinks. after all they are very dog friendly. so pooch can even enjoy a pupachino or two while they drink their chow. I'll give you two.

In recent years we were able to sink and swim. unfortunately it changed the hands and went down directly. the eating was extremely dirty and took an eternality to make even though it was only roasted sandwiches and wraps. two of. our family were finished by the time of arrival of the other sandwiches. the service is also very bad. no apology for the long wait and the server seemed more interested to sit on their phone than actually serve. it's a shame as it used to really good and is a great location. it is most days empty and that speaks really volume.

Had a few very good meals in the wash basin or swimming, especially the paella on a Sunday afternoon! beautiful and chilled restaurant next to the pool, also a happy hour 4-6 every day.

This restaurant is fabulous. The food is amazing, from breakfast, to sandwiches, to pizzas, steak and the best chili and chili nachos I have ever had. Staff are great. Perfect place for family, couples or business. Highly recommended. Encarni is an outstanding chef.
