One of my best dinner ever!

One of the most beautiful places to stay in neuchatel. an updated water wheel brewery years ago. they stay in the suits in the upper floor. rolling flow flows past and very quiet. chef in the restaurant below is exceptional. 5 star meal times. many parking spaces. old world charm in today's updated world. I wish I was right there.

We were there for an apéro, followed by the diner gastronomy. eating was excellent and its presentation was the best of all the beautiful restaurants I have visited so far. not for small budgets, of course, but the prices are well deserved in view of the high quality supplied by the cook and servier staff. I like the cachet of the place that is in the shadow of a small wood and right next to a small river. I wonder how it feels to stay there overnight.

We have just had a wonderful stay- lovely rooms and amazing restaurant. Could not fault it!
