Restaurant Les Remparts - Neuf-Brisach

We were made very welcome and our host was very friendly and pleasant. It’s the best tarte flambée I’ve eaten in Alsace! With little care for us and the children, the service was impeccable and the dishes delicious. I recommend this restaurant! Fabienne

After going to a restaurant with a storefront around the Place de Neuf-brisach where they didn't even take the time after 5 minutes to welcome us, or even to say hello, we went at the ramparts restaurant: •Warm and smiling welcome •unpretentious but good dishes, cooked precisely and well served •good value for money What more? (For constructive criticism, but in no way detracts from my satisfaction, a little renewal of paint and decor would be a real plus)

An EXCEPTIONAL welcome! Kindness, smile, humor. Erika, the new owner, is attentive to our satisfaction, the last minute cooking is delicious, the dishes are abundant. A happy surprise! After having lunch there, we came back in the evening

Beaucoup (trop )d attente ,Rien a dire sur les plats choucroute très bonne et copieuse et bravo au jeune serveur qui fait son maximum pour tt gérer tt seul (commande service adition ...)malgré son jeune âge mais le rythme ne semble pas suivre en cuisine dommage
