I usually don't write reviews, but this place was all I was looking for in a perfect casual dinner in paris and felt compelled to write one. appetizers 5/5 escargot: smooth and velvety with delicious criminal butter sea bream tartare: very inspired dish, use it zitrus to cut through the buttery and rich berry. beef bone marrow: perfect filling of sufficient, they offer a salt that well supplements. served on crispy butter toast. 5/5 meat bark tenderloin: asked for medium-sized rare, not many steak houses serve as a spot on the temperature. Fries were crispy on the outside and lamming: baked fresh table side, all they can eat. we were encouraged to eat more at the end, but already filled! service 5/5 our waiter spoke perfectly English, was funny and very hospitable. very rare in this city!
