We were here for the third time during our Baltic Sea holiday. Top outlet center designed in the style of a small village, with all famous manufacturers. Beautiful ambience with stores, seating and restaurants. Always worth a trip.

I was really disappointed when you arrive in an electric car and you’re not allowed to enter the area with the EV chargers. Was told 3 chargers, but all in use. After parking you will walk directly by the EV chargers and only one in use. This meant I had to park and wait somewhere else to charge my car. Not part of the plan and not what the outlet promises in their communication. (1 star) Further it was from a purchasing POV a disappointing visit this time. Nothing really exceptional in most of the stores and it is increasingly becoming a place with little value. Used to come by 3 4 times per year and always came home with great bargains. But not the past 2 3 times. (3 stars) ——— Update after reply from the CentreTeam. Two of the parking Spaces with the chargers were empty. The team at the Gates should have the overview of this instead of me first parking the car in another parking lot and then when walking by towards the shops noticing this, and then I should approach your team to explain this. Sorry but this is way off good customer service. I’m very disappointed with the feedback received. It would have suited you to acknowledge the issue and see how you can resolve this issue going forward. You could for example have chargers in the other parking lots as well and not only in the one, which you’re almost never allowed to use.

We are here for the third time and we are always thrilled. The whole outlet is very well maintained and beautifully designed. There's a deal for everyone after others. Great selection and you can catch great bargains here. Speis and potions are also provided. In the individual shops we are always well advised and friendly received. Children can take them to the beautiful playground.

A quiet and beautiful shopping mall. There are enough parking spaces. The prices are ok, for the children there is a beautiful playing area. Everything is very clean and I really liked it.

Lovely place for shopping cloths and some stuff for your kitchen. Prices are lower than the shops in hamburg. On Saturdays really crowded but during weekdays better to go. If you use public transportation check the availability and time of trains and busses during weekdays to avoid waiting on stations and wasting time.
