Burgerhaus Reuterhof - Neuss

We have been regular guests to this day. No more and the last time there. The last three times we have not received the order in the desired form. Today the food is cold, as good as no sauce to the dish and the crowd on the plate as little as ever. The price went up recently, but then only half on the plate really did not go. Of course, every restaurant must increase prices during this time, but then at least the portions should remain the same. I would have fed a lot less money in a Pommes-Bud today. Then the toilet. For some time a sink has been hanging and the holes are getting bigger in the ceiling. And cleanliness there was also extremely neglected. In addition, the big problem is the operation that is so cheeky and rude and that has become worse and worse. Everyone is now believed by her and she treats every guest as if you have known herself for 20 years and she always touches you. In the past there were two male and a female fixed regular service that were TOP. Today we only have this terrible woman who is overwhelmed with her job and leaves the guests out. Today she sent the guests away because it was too much work to serve them. And that also said to the rejected customers. This woman is a disaster for every owner. During our last visit I had not only my companion and I was thrilled. Other guests were also very surprised at their behaviour. As written, regular guests have long been there, today was our last visit. From Note 1, the Reuterhof is pushed to a smooth 6th guilt, bad and cold food that does not correspond to the order. In addition, the unprecedented and bad service that has been working there for some time, as well as the cleanliness and the overall condition of the Reuterhof have contributed to this. Previous top, now unfortunately complete flop. Too bad this old restaurant has become so beautiful. We now find another tribal restaurant where we go to eat regularly every week or every two weeks.

The terrace overlooking the Rhine is an asboluter dream and also the bowling alleys are very beautiful. We were often there, but the food was always on average in the last few months and the service is pretty slow. Too bad, as the site definitely has potential.

Everything was good during the lunch break. Operation very nice. The location right on the Rhine absolutely beautiful! I like to come back because the welfare factor was present!

After two years we wanted to give the Reuterhof another chance. The location is ideal for a cycling tour along the Rhine. This visit was not as cathastrophal as the last, it was taken water instead of apfelschorke and the bernaise was forgotten.
