La Terrasse des Flandres

With the Newmarket Group and there is a set menu, 3 options, all with chips. Asked if I could have the restaurant menu that paid the full price and was told that this was not possible. Only the locals seem to be entitled to this service. Others on my... party waited up to 25 minutes to be served, a couple left the table for a moment between the courses and they cleared their table and offered it to someone else. Another member of our group was constantly hidden while trying to be served. When the food arrived, it wasn't great. Would you not recommend some of the staff are rude and not helpful at all

The terrace of the Flandres is the hotel restaurant of the Altia Hotel in Neuville-le-Ferrain, right on the highway Gent-Kortrijk-Lille directly on the French-Belgian border. Conveniently located it offers a 7/7 service with standard French, local and Hamburger dishes. Good service, nice terrace in April...2019 closed for renovation), small wine list, very decent prices. Good for business travelers, nothing for gourmets.

La Terasse des Flandres is a good, slightly above average restaurant at Hotel Altia, well located for business travellers. While the hotel is unfortunately a bit shut down, the restaurant has good and acceptable international and Belgian/French dishes for cheap prices and a very...helpful and dedicated staff. Nothing in the direction of any star region, but well made standard preparations and a small but well-sorted wine list based mainly on French origin. Up to earth interior, but very pleasant in summer on the terrace overlooking the lawn.

Accueil sympathique . Avons très bien mangé ,des plats de qualité .Service impeccable tant par la serveuse ou Stéphane ,le maître d'hôtel ,qui comprend la plaisanterie .Arrivés avec un bon Groupon avons choisi les plats que nous voulions dans l'ensemble de la carte . Les tarifs sont très abordables

Accueil pas très sympathique.Le repas à la carte commandé sur Groupon n'était pas disponible au restaurant.Les plats n'étaient pas bon et très fades.De plus nous étions seuls dans la restaurant tout au long du repas (21h-22h30)Malgré tout, la serveuse est restée très aimable et était désolé pour nous.Sans parler du prix exorbitant des plats pour une si mauvaise qualité des alimentsJe vous déconseille.Il faudrait penser à appeler Philippe Etchebest ;)
