La Mer - Neuwied

We decided to visit this restaurant after we had seen in German television advertising for it. the personal was very professional. eating was very good. it took one because between the courses and it was quite expensive 190 euro for 3 people, but all in all good, would come back

They are looking for an excellent place to eat. at "la mer" they have it. augapfel in augapfel with a hai they enjoy "Vier delicacies" as an appetizer, followed by "duet of zander and salmon" (duet from zander and solmon) or another tasty selection of delicious Mediterranean cuisine. the huge aquarium extends over the entire length and height of the restaurant. it will draw their attention throughout the evening when colorful fish with stunning designs pass.

Were the first time there, but did not definitiw the last time. the service was nice and helpful. menu as such not too many variations, but enough choice so that everyone finds something after its taste. both appetizer and main dish were very beautifully presented and tasted excellent. (pagifish ) the wein we had was also a good choice. the prices are not cheap, but due to the nice atmosphere and good service. a reservation some days in advance is recommended if they want to sit near the aquarium, but if they have a table second or third row you see the fish.

Oh, what did we like? we were here with an event voucher and had a complete menu including drinks. the atmosphere is really beautiful, it is not a very large place and the aquarium is really a pleasure. the quality of the food is excellent, the cook performs wondering. the drinks prices are in order, the service is excellent and we were even greeted by the cook and the owner / manager. If we are back in the opposite, we will definitely come back. this is certainly one of the best restaurants in the opposite, if not the best.

We were on the terrace for lunch: delicious food at good prices, a beautiful ambience, very !! attentive and friendly staff. All in all a successful stay. We like to come back.
