Domino's Pizza - Nevada

Called 30 mins before close for a delivery, got a confirmation and an hour later nothing showed so I called and said they had not deliveries out

Dominos is terrible with customer service. Their drivers are lazy and hog up the drive thru cause they don’t want to get out. Took an hour to get one pizza.

I haven't visited the new stores location I've only ordered online with delivery but the delivery drivers are respectful and professional they have been on time and with everything I ordered.

I called and asked about the pinepoint delivery and when was asking questions the gentleman kept putting me on hold and when I asked for his name he hung up on me. Their customer service is very poor and I will NEVER EVER order from their.
