L'instant - Nevers

Excellent Burger, probably the best in the city! The boss and his staff are very pleasant and listen to their clients.

The reception on the phone during the reservation was very pleasant, however when we arrived, we asked to eat outside but a table of about ten young people were smoking and drinking next to us (the terrace was in the backyard) which was very embarrassing during the first 20 minutes. It is a restaurant bar, but perhaps it would be necessary to ask those who do not come to eat, or to move somewhere else in the establishment or then no longer accept from 19h. The terrace was also not very well maintained so we were not very comfortable. At the service level, the matte-tone lady was super nice and pleasant, nothing to say. Unfortunately his colleague with blond hair didn't have the same enthusiasm... Other customers have arrived as we moved. At the level of food it was very good, we were even surprised about the environment. Putting an old mustard sauce with the salad changed a little bit is fine. Burger very good, not dry, against the Italian had an indication of black bread and it was served with normal bread

Warm welcome and very good dishes! But we were disappointed by three things the server that installed us. When we left the table we wanted him good courage, we had as a return: “I don’t care I’m not working here! while making fingers of honor to a passing car » cleaned WC to see no tapas as indicated on the front.

Very friendly service and flat very good! Only a small remark on the maintenance of the premises. Apart from that, it was extra and we were very well received:

A nice evening with a careful chef just like his waitress. Extra burgers with fresh meat and homemade fries. Simple but succulent desserts. We'll be back with pleasure.
