Feedback gevenI went through the drive through and was asked to move to the pay window. From the restaurant window, I was shouted at to move forward again. Once I moved past the pay window the look of pure disgust I received for using tap pay. They seemed irritated that it was raining and they had to reach out the window. To top this terrible experience off, my food was almost thrown at me. Which my single item order was incorrect.
Workers are rude, they were cussing over the intercom.
It’s no wonder why this place never has a car in the drive thru or parking lot, aside from employee cars. I was greeted over the speaker by saying, “you need to hold on”. Waited a few minutes, mind you, no one was around….cars or people. Provided our coupon code, and mentioned with cheese, her response was what to drink. Provided with drink orders, had to repeat the order multiple times and was told to pull up. Upon pulling up, I was greeted with “we out of lemonade”. I responded, ok, what do you have. Response, Coke products. I said, great, what kind…..Coke and Diet Coke. Last I checked, Coke offers more than just Coke and Diet Coke. I was finally able to put a lovely name to the person ever so rude over the intercom and at the drive thru window….her name was April, the month of my birthday even!!! She should not be working in a customer facing environment, would be better off sitting at home, collecting a welfare check. It’s no wonder why Wendy’s across the street always has a line full of cars. I will be sure to never come back to this Burger King, let alone Burger King in general. April is a real treat and top talent for sure.
Went through drive thu twice in 4 days, once driving down to my familys house for Christmas, once on the way back.First time ordered 2x 8 piece cheesy tots and 8 piece mozz sticks.They forgot one of the 8 piece tots so had to go back through.Second time order the mozz sticks, med fry, 8 pc tots and 2 double cheeseburgers.They forgot the cheeseburgers.Had to go back again to get themI can understand forgetting a fry or something, but almost half the order on two occasions? I worked bk in another town for several years and food industry for 15 total years. This place needs to work on order accuracy.The plus side was decent customer oriented response and fresh hot food. Second order they added another order of fries to compensate.3/5 for fresh hot food and decent customer service. 2 off for accuracy and speed. (Almost 10 minutes in drive thru for second occasion despite only 1 car ahead of us with two drinks and small bag of nuggets and chicken fries. We saw the order screen as we pulled up.
Walked in for lunch. Wasn't greatest immediately but didn't have to wait too long before someone came out front from the back to take my order. I tried to use the app to place my order but it wouldn't accept my coupon code that I had. No big deal. Food was very good and hot. Menu boards need updated though. Was going to try the ghost pepper chicken fries but the young lady at the counter informed me that those had been discontinued a few days ago. For the most part the store was clean, but some tables could've been cleaned. I overheard that they do not serve coffee after breakfast is over. They did make some for a customer that had came in and asked for a coffee. What place doesn't serve coffee all day? That's crazy! The buffalo sauce is pretty good. I had this with the plain chicken fries that I tried.
