Dairy Queen Grill Chill - New Albany

We had a great night to eat here after a local chess event. The staff was friendly, attentive and very understanding with a bunch of young children. The food was good and right. The place was clean and had great Halloween decorations!

The food was great, but the service and people work there, what makes this DQ the best! My 5 years old lost his first tooth while we were there eating today at noon and we mentioned it when we went and got our children ice and later the manager came to our table to congratulate our son and gave him $2 for his teeth. Dearest thing ever and made my sons day and a memory that he will forever keep. I didn't catch the manager name, but he and his wife are the best! <===================

A variety of choices range from hamburgers to chicken fingers, French fries, onion rings, cheese curls, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, chicken stripes, fish sandwiches, and I might even have missed some. You have a great selection of desserts and ice creams Also ice sandwiches not to mention their huge selection of blizzards! So many different flavors I cannot even begin to list them all here, but they are delicious.

Food was good... Service a little slow. You forgot my drink after they paid $9 for Combo. That shouldn't happen. I went back to try to get my drink and sat behind 4 cars for a good while until I was just back and away. Drive thru should the drink and a bag of food until now. That was the reason for 3 stars today.

Had chili dog, fries and drink. Fries were fresh. Chili dog could have been better. Not hot. Chili sauce a bit old burnt. Drink machine was out of quite a few options. Disappointing.
