Kfc - New Albany

The staff was very friendly,one of them told my wife a cute joke,it put a smile on her face that I enjoyed.

Chicken was so old it was like rubber. The fries was old ,cold,hard. Macaroni wasn't even stirred up. It's the worst meal I've gotten from that location in the 4 years, I've been going there. 12 00. For slop my dogs wouldn't eat.

Customer service was decent Food not so much Dry coleslaw , old fries and just overall not a great experience. Waste of $22 sadly Oh well should have tried another place in the area.

My dissatisfaction comes from receiving hot (spicy) chicken when we DID NOT request/order it. We ordered a mix of crispy and original , at NO POINT did we say we wanted spicy anything! My mother worked for Kentucky Fried Chicken in Memphis Tennesseeacross from the old sears back in the 70?s so much has changed since those years.

Manager needs to keep employees better stocked. Not enough supplies for a whole days work, came up at 9pm one hour before closing no chicken for the chicken sandwich nor the famous bowl. Not mad at the employees for this bc it's out of their hands.
