Subway - New Albany

The restaurant in the area has been renovated, and it’s clean and bright. The staff, who appear to be family-run, are friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. I recently encountered an issue with a DoorDash order, and the woman who assisted me was incredibly kind. She sincerely apologized and quickly resolved the problem, going above and beyond. Additionally, the food was very fresh, and the bread was soft and delicious. Overall, my experiences here have been fantastic.

I didn't have high expectations for a subway restaurant, but this place exceeded them. I felt compelled to leave a review. The interior has undergone some changes, and as soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. The owner herself prepared our subs and engaged us in conversation the entire time. She asked questions and maintained a lively chat, showcasing the family atmosphere of the business. She treated every customer who came through the door with the same kindness! We left feeling very satisfied.

This is a fantastic hidden gem! The staff here are incredibly friendly and show a lot of grace towards their customers. I really appreciated how fresh the food is! You can tell they take pride in what they do.

Not sure if she is the manager or owner, but the wife greeting/updating people on their orders was excellent. It made sure everyone was on their orders, although it was super busy. Just what I'm looking for during my lunchtime!!

I was immediately greeted by the employees, who were greeting every single customer when they entered and left the store, and the vibe of the store was extremely positive. I went in feeling good about my day and left feeling amazing. Kudos to the employees working today! They were so nice. Food was made quick and efficiently as well. No complaints!
